Ein Kunde mit US-Wohnsitz soll ueber Polymarket US handeln - eine eigene,
CFTC-regulierte Boerse, an der die heutige CLOB-Anbindung nicht verwendbar ist.
Das Konzept macht Plattform zu einem Begriff im Core, laesst Module ihre
Plattformen erklaeren und haelt Strategievarianten je Plattform im Modul.

Begruendungen zu #622-#629 in docs/ROADMAP.md, Bauanleitung in
docs/archiv/konzepte/KONZEPT-Multi-Plattform.md.
